Golang Job: Full Stack Web Developer

Overview

We are looking for an easy going, fun and lighthearted individual to join our existing development team as a full stack web developer. You are hard working, a team player and can work autonomously when required. We believe all voices should be heard so we take feedback from a range of staff members, customers and businesses to help shape our product development.

Our culture at The Brag Media is important to us, we work with a large number of creative artists, venues and customers working within the Australian entertainment industry.

We are specifically looking for a mid to senior level developer (2 to 5 years in industry) who is striving for career progression, personal growth and the opportunity to work on a large range of technologies under the guidance of an experienced leader. This is a full time role. Personal development is important to our IT department. This role has a salary range of $100K to $120K depending on experience and skill level. You will be reporting directly to our CTO.

Requirements

You have got the basics down, comfortable in an IDE and database management systems. You don’t mind getting your hands dirty in the command line either. You pride yourself on up-skilling regularly and working with development tools to speed up your code changes.

Minimum Requirements

• PHP (specifically Laravel, 3 to 5 years of experience)

• Javascript (Vue.js)

• Node.js Development Experience

• CSS / SCSS

• MySQL (Migrations / Statements)

• Ability to go from design to code (Adobe XD / Photoshop Design)

• Project management skills including Jira / GitLab

• Payment Processor Experience

• NoSQL Database Experience

Nice to Have

• GoLang Development Experience

• React Native or Nativescript-Vue Mobile App Development Experience

• AWS / Cloud Infrastructure Experience

• Docker / Kubernetes

• Design (Adobe XD / Photoshop) Experience
